1- Has the researcher checked the final decomposition products of quinoline?
2- why you did the experimental work in optimum temp., in practical if we do that we need the energy to heat or cool?
Thank you, Dr. for your questions, firstly, in this study through the biodegradation process the nitrogen in quinoline was directly transformed. Besides, I need extra and further experiments to study the fate of intermediates and final products of quinoline degradation. Quinoline represented the target pollutant in this study which completely degraded. However, the results of the study indicated that quinoline and its metabolic intermediates could be eliminated from wastewater through biodegradation process.
About the experiments’ temperature, the experiments were undertaken under optimum conditions; included temperature and pH to enhance and improve the biodegradation rate process.
